La pâtisserie/le café Cedric Grolet faisant, depuis maintenant pas mal de temps, tant parler de lui, nous avons enfin décidé d’y goûter certaines de ses pâtisseries. Malgré quelques avis négatifs que nous avons pu entendre ainsi qu’un choix plutôt restreint comparé aux autres pâtisseries et boulangeries parisiennes, les pâtisseries que nous avons goûtées (deux parts de cookies et un beignet) ont fait consensus total : des pâtisseries très plaisantes esthétiquement parlant et certes riches mais pas trop sucrées. L’équilibre entre les ingrédients/garnitures était parfaitement maîtrisé. En plus, nous nous sommes rendus au Café Cédric Grolet (et non à la pâtisserie) et il y avait donc que très peu d’attente. Nous comprenons maintenant pourquoi Cédric Grolet est si populaire.
