si tratta di un take-away. Il cibo era buono però l'ambiente angusto e sovraffollato e c'era poco personale. inoltre i servizi igienici non erano funzionanti

Ho dato 4 stelle complessive a questo Burger King perché l’esperienza è stata molto buona nel complesso. Il cibo è quello che ci si aspetta dal brand: panini gustosi, patatine croccanti e bibite sempre fresche. Le porzioni sono giuste e la qualità è costante, che è forse la cosa più importante quando si sceglie una catena come questa. Il servizio merita un plauso: il personale è stato gentile e veloce, nonostante ci fosse un discreto afflusso di clienti. I tempi d’attesa sono stati contenuti e il mio ordine è arrivato corretto, cosa che non sempre capita in posti simili. L’impressione è che qui ci sia attenzione al cliente e che lo staff faccia il possibile per rendere il pasto piacevole. L’unico punto che mi ha convinto un po’ meno è il posto in sé: la sala non è particolarmente accogliente e potrebbe essere resa più curata o moderna, magari con un po’ più di attenzione ai dettagli nell’arredo o nella disposizione dei tavoli. Non è un difetto grave, ma influisce sull’atmosfera generale. In sintesi: cibo buono, servizio rapido e personale disponibile, con un ambiente che potrebbe migliorare ma che non rovina comunque l’esperienza. Un Burger King che merita una visita.
