Le lieu est apaisant et la prestation réalisée par Safi, massage et soin du visage, a été de qualité. En revanche, l’accueil laisse à désirer. La personne blonde à la réception, peu souriante et hautaine, s’est empressée de vérifier auprès de sa collègue si j’avais bien réglé le solde de 15 €, ce qui était évidemment déjà fait avec une autre personne à l’accueil. Cette attitude m’a donné le sentiment d’être suspectée à tort. Pour un établissement associé au standing de Nuxe, une meilleure attention portée à l’accueil des clients est attendue.

I had a facial with Kevin today and it was simply amazing. He was delicate but firm in his massage and walked me through the whole experience thoroughly yet discreetly, letting me enjoy my moment of relax. Highly recommended!
