I'm a frequent visitor of this costa and usually I have no complaints however today I waited 30 minutes in a queue with only four people ahead of me! Two people working however only one actually serving and making orders, the other was just cleaning the already clean counters. The milk for my coffee was steamed then left then resteamed before being put into a cup! hopefully more staff are put on a shift especially during busy hours!!

At 8.30am the lady that was working single handedly through a huge queue was absolutely amazing! Polite, cheerful, efficient! Quite a ray of sunshine 🌞 She needs recognition for her hard work.

My decaf coffee was great and the ONLY place that I could get a hot drink in the hospital. The two staff members worked very very hard to service a long queue. Why can’t Costa pay attention to their clients as well as their valiant staff battling on the front line. You have a captive audience - please look after them. I give 5 stars for service simply because the two people could not have worked harder. Get help for them and cut the queues.
