We visited Oxford for the day and was looking for a place to have lunch, we ended up in the market and this place had a halal sign, which was great, but when ordered the lady suggested that we should say we want halal otherwise they will serve non-halal, so this should be clear or a written somewhere as most would assume the place served halal meat only. Otherwise the food we ordered was amazing, we had the souvlaki and the chicken burger and the portions were large and well priced. Would have gave a fiver star without the misunderstanding.
