I ordered a pizza from here through Deliveroo. Delivery not particularly quick, about 30 mins. Pizza wasn't particularly cheap nor too expensive, £14 for a 12" pepperoni. Tastes ok but nothing spectacular, it was filling though. I'd say it looked more like a Dominos than an authentic Italian pizza, but not as tasty as one (which wasn't what I was looking for). Was ok, did the job, but didn't blow me away and it was a little disappointing.

We visited the restaurant due to having such high recommendations from friends and family and from living in Headington. When we arrived we was greeted by a very unhappy member of staff, she didn't smile or seem welcoming at all. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable, as she also slammed the door behind us, to the point where we asked if they were closing in terms of being an inconvenience and she shook her head. If the Restraunt wasn't so highly recommended we would have left from how we were treated. However, we stayed which we were very happy we did. The food was absolutely lovely , cooked to perfection and lovely flavours. We had a range of pizza, gnocchi and risotto. The ice cream was iconic , not only the consistency but also the flavours. We had a second waitress who we think may have been Italian who was much more pleasant. I can happily say we will be coming back as the atmosphere and layout of the restaurant was very cute and cosy, the food was excellent value of money and despite the cold greeting the rest of our experience was pleasant. Thank you .

Despite this being close by we had never tried this place and we were really impressed. All the food was packed full of taste and freshly cooked. The wine choices went really well with the food. Definitely will be coming back to try other things (and the home made gelato next time).
