This is my favourite place to go in Oxford. It’s a great setting, good food, friendly staff. Really nothing bad to say, they have a summer bar outside, always a super selection of drinks. Right next to the river it’s great for a walk. It’s not cheap, but it is very good.

My favourite gastro pub/restaurant in Oxford. Fish plates are simply a must! Wines good too. A pity that baby new potatoes are not on the menu any more though (and chicken pate too!). Very good atmosphere, quite relaxing. A pleasant walk from Jericho via Port Meadow and along the river.
