I went to SOAP a lot when I was younger for the Monday meetups that an Oxford homeschooling community still does. My little brother also still goes to these play sessions with the homeschooling group. It has great facilities, there is something for everyone here, whether you're a baby or a teenager or a parent. A very friendly place, though I've noticed a lot of the reviews talking about how they were "shut out" and that the Google thing should be more clear that it is a private venue, so just a friendly reminder that this is a PRIVATE VENUE that must be rented out for events or play sessions. I love how there is a big collection of comics, a lot of which I had grown up on like the Phoenix Comic, available for the older children to entertain themselves with as well as board games, and it's nice for the parents as well because you can sit back and have a mug of tea or coffee or hot chocolate and chat to other very friendly people there. I'm glad that this place has made up some fond memories of my childhood.
