Nel Restorán Los Oscos pues conseguilo, pidiendo una tapa de ración de los platos del Menú del Día, cola qu’acompangar unes de sidre. Nesti casu, esfrutwmos d’un pímpanu pote de berces, col caldu espesino, la berza bien picao y bon compangu. La so intensidá y contundencia combina perbién con unos culinos de sidre del llagar Herminio y too ello presta más gracies al bon xeitu col que atienden l’establecimientu.
