Comimos muy bien en Jamón y Barra, y la verdad es que salimos muy contentos. Es de esos sitios donde se nota que las cosas se hacen con cariño y buen producto. Desde que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable: atentos, amables y siempre pendientes. Da gusto cuando el trato acompaña a la comida. Empezamos con una tabla de embutidos ibéricos que estaba de diez. Buen corte, sabor auténtico, y bien presentada. Se agradece cuando no escatiman en calidad. Luego pedimos la tortilla deconstruida, que nos sorprendió bastante: diferente, muy sabrosa y con una textura potente, ideal para compartir. Las croquetas fueron otro acierto: con una bechamel fina y suave, y un rebozado crujiente justo en su punto. Se notaba que estaban hechas en casa. La carne fue el plato estrella de la comida. En su punto justo, tierna y sabrosa. Un verdadero disfrute para los que apreciamos una buena pieza bien tratada. En general, todo lo que probamos nos dejó muy buena impresión. Como único detalle a mejorar, echamos en falta una trona para el bebé (tiene un año), algo que facilitaría mucho la visita para quienes vamos con peques. Aun así, es un sitio al que volvería sin dudar. Para un picoteo de calidad o una cena con amigos, es una opción más que recomendable: buen producto, cocina cuidada y un ambiente agradable.
