Misión comer en Oviedo el día de año nuevo a las 16 y mucho (mucha vuelta buscando dónde). Terminamos en Ramen YI, al lado de Gascona , en el local que ocuparon anteriormente Los tres caracoles y 180°. Ebi Furay Miso Ramen. Ramen con caldo tonkotsu, gambas fritas, verduras bambú, huevo y cebolleta. El caldo estaba rico y el plato cumplió su función de reponer energías. No esperábamos demasiado, mis expectativas de la comida eran tan bajas como encontrar un pincho o un sándwich, y salimos del paso para poder dar pie a una buena siesta y asentar el estómago tras los excesos de la noche anterior.
