Schitterend ! Fenomenaal ! De fijnheid van de keuken, de smaken, texturen, alles was tip-top. Dit is om te herhalen. De wijncombinatie heeft onze nieuwe en lekkere dingen leren ontdekken. Het is een feest. De service is van een zeer hoog niveau.

ESPECTACULAR! La comida excelente!. Cada plato maravillosamente elaborado, presentado y exquisito. La atención ha sido inmejorable. Nos hemos dejado guiar por el maridaje y ha sido un lujo poder conocer nuevos vinos. Merece la pena. Repetiremos sin duda.

Un templo gastronómico es la sensación que tienes desde que accedes y eres recibido por la impecable jefa de sala, Génova. El local pequeño y acogedor, sin luz natural y ambientado con sencillez. Se opta entre los dos menús que ofrecen por temporada. En nuestro caso el corto, denominado de verano y tradición. Secuenciado en dos horas con un adecuado ritmo vamos degustando tres entrantes espectaculares, seis pases con carnes, pescados y mariscos y tres postres. Todos ellos a cual más sabroso y resulta difícil destacar un plato. Destaca la armonía del conjunto. En las fotos relato todos los pases. Génova que se conoce muy bien la carta de vinos acertó con la sugerencia del vino blanco que nos acompañó la mayor parte de la comida con un flor de Albihar 100% Albillo de la Sierra de Gredos y para el pato y postres un Palo Cortado de Cayetano del Pino.
