Esta bien pero masificado

Buenos días Ayer me envían una notificación q me castigan 3 días x cancelar clases durante la semana en tiempo y forma como si fuese una niña chica a la q hay q educar en civismo, cuando precisamente este mes de agosto es una montaña rusa con respecto a las clases y horarios....creo deberían modificar esta norma y si penalizar al usuario q no cancela en tiempo para q otro se pueda aprovechar pero x cancelar en tiempo?...y ya aprovecho puesto q están en mantenimiento el spa q los chorros de la pared funcionen y no se pasen meses averiados... Un saludo
