Es war ein toller Abend mit leckerstem Menü, super präsentiert und sehr reichlich. Die Küche war hinterher blitzblank. Christian ist ein klasse Koch und ein lieber Mensch, den man gerne bei sich zu Hause hat.

Wunderbare Stunden bei uns daheim! Christian Schmidt hat für uns und mit uns (8 Teilnehmer) ein 3 Gänge Menü 'gezaubert' und uns kulinarisch verwöhnt. Die Zubereitung der Speisen war sehr interessant, es herrschte eine sehr lockere und fröhliche Stimmung. Das Menü war sehr köstlich, ein Augenschmauß und Genuss! Unsere Küche hat er picobello hinterlassen! Sehr empfehlenswert!
