Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend am Samstag im Levi Restaurant. Der Service war super, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich. Vielen Dank an Herrn Ahmed der war sehr freundlich und hat sich um unsere Zufriedenheit gekümmert und sichergestellt, dass alles perfekt war. Wir würden das Restaurant definitiv weiterempfehlen! A restaurant with a nice decor and great table design. However, it leaves a lot to be desired beyond that. We ordered as a family of four. My order was completely missed after a wait that felt like eternity. You have to flag down the wait stuff, to get additional items, one more beer, one more bottled water. They don't come around and check on you. After 45 minutes of waiting, they realized that they forget to put in my order. Despite the fact that I told them to cancel it, they still brought over my pasta all overcooked, tasteless. It showed they were rushed. You'd expect them to honor that request or if they already made it not charge you for this mistake. None of that happened. Service is extremely slow. For the price you pay for this kind of a restaurant you expect more attention to detail and service. None of that existed with our experience.
