Meistens meide ich diese Filiale, weil sie klein ist, keine Bestellterminals hat und nur ein eingeschränktes Produktangebot. Und weil der Service auch "nur so mittel" ist. Aber jetzt gebe ich doch fünf Sterne, denn beim letzten Besuch war dort eine Mitarbeiterin (wohl die Chefin vom Dienst oder so) zugange, die ihren Job erkennbar mit Freude und Motivation ausgeübt hat. Sie war zu mir und auch zu anderen Kunden inklusive Kindern mehr als freundlich – richtig herzlich, humorvoll, kundenorientiert und unkonventionell. So muss das sein und das soll auch mal erwähnt werden und hoffentlich ihr Chef mitbekommen. Ach ja, und das Essen war durchgängig frisch und heiß und fehlerfrei hinsichtlich diverser Sonderwünsche.
