Geweldige entourage. Fijne vriendelijke gastheer Luiz heeft een heerlijke Paëlla geserveerd, gemaakt door zijn vrouw. Echt vers en geweldig lekker. Een dag van te voren bestellen maar dan heb je ook wat. Luiz zit vol met verhalen over familie en zijn geboortedorp Linares. Daarom heet het restaurant ook zo.
