Der Beck – Un angolo di bontà vicino alla fiera di Norimberga Se siete a Norimberga, magari in visita alla fiera, non potete assolutamente perdervi una pausa al Der Beck situato proprio nelle vicinanze. Questa storica catena di panetterie tedesche riesce a mantenere intatta l’artigianalità della tradizione, pur essendo perfettamente moderna e accogliente. Appena si entra, si viene accolti da un profumo irresistibile di pane fresco e dolci appena sfornati. La scelta è incredibile: pane di segale, Bauernbrot croccante, Laugengebäck (i classici pretzel e panini salati), e una vasta selezione di dolci tipici bavaresi e franconi come Apfelstrudel, Nussecken e torte alla frutta di altissima qualità. Il locale vicino alla fiera è spazioso, pulito e luminoso, con un personale sempre gentile, sorridente e veloce, anche nei momenti di maggior affluenza. Ideale per una colazione abbondante prima di entrare in fiera, per una pausa caffè rilassante o per portarsi via un pezzo di tradizione tedesca sotto forma di pane e pasticceria. Un altro punto forte: la qualità del caffè. Spesso ci si aspetta solo il classico filtro in queste bakery, invece Der Beck offre un espresso e un cappuccino cremoso e ben fatto, accompagnato da piccole prelibatezze come mini croissant o biscotti freschissimi. In poche parole: un vero punto di riferimento per chi vuole gustare il meglio della panificazione tedesca in un ambiente curato, autentico e accogliente. Consigliatissimo!
