Really neat boutique Hotel. Rooms are former apartments and therefore quite large with kitchen and 2 bed rooms. There is no elevator to get in so unfortunately this is not suitable for disabled people. The service at the restaurant was perfect and we couldn't ask for anything more, even though it was quite busy he was excellent.

Ein rundum gelungener Besuch im Paul Restaurant! Wir waren kürzlich im Paul Restaurant in Nürnberg und sind absolut begeistert – besonders vom außergewöhnlich guten Service! Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Anna und Carlos, die unseren Abend perfekt gemacht haben. Beide waren unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und haben stets den Überblick behalten – selbst bei vollem Haus. Unsere Wünsche wurden schnell und professionell erfüllt, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Leere Gläser? Innerhalb kürzester Zeit aufgefüllt. Fragen zur Speisekarte? Geduldig und kompetent beantwortet. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz und Engagement gearbeitet wird. Auch das Timing zwischen den Gängen war ideal – keine langen Wartezeiten, aber trotzdem genug Raum, um jeden Gang genießen zu können. Fazit: Nicht nur das Essen war hervorragend, sondern vor allem der Service hat diesen Abend besonders gemacht. Danke, Anna und Carlos! Wir kommen definitiv wieder
