Servizio ottimo e professionale, polipo a insalata ottimo, pasta a vongole senza infamia e senza lode, il problema è stato il filetto 'al sangue'. Intanto non era filetto ma forse entrecote, era stracotto e duro e gommoso a causa appunto della cottura qui sotto vi lascio le foto
