A Napoli ci sono vari ristoranti che servono ragù, ma alcuni sono specializzati solo nel d'asporto. Tandem è uno di questi e, rispetto ai locali dove ci si siede, si risparmia qualche euro senza rinunciare assolutamente alla qualità. Il loro forte sono i sughi: io ho assaggiato gli spaghetti con ragù e il ragù alla Genovese... erano buonissimi! Ricchi, saporiti e che profumo incredibile. Per un'esperienza di vero cibo da strada napoletano, consiglio vivamente il "capuziello": un panino scavato nella mollica e riempito fino all'orlo di ragù bollente, da mangiare mentre si passeggia. Da provare assolutamente anche le loro polpette, morbidissime e super saporite. Perfetto per una pausa pranzo veloce, economica e autentica!
