In generale apprezzo molto questo ristorante: l’atmosfera è piacevole e il menù offre sempre proposte interessanti. Di solito scelgo quasi sempre il set, perché mi piace il fatto che non inseriscano mai pezzi di sushi banali o troppo comuni; ogni volta trovo combinazioni nuove e curate, che denotano attenzione e creatività. (Vedi la foto) L’unico aspetto un po’ meno positivo è che, nel corso degli anni, non sempre ho avuto la stessa esperienza: alcune volte ho mangiato davvero benissimo, altre invece la qualità non mi è sembrata all’altezza delle aspettative. Nulla di grave, ma credo valga la pena sottolinearlo.

Tabi vuol dire sentirsi a casa gustando a mio avviso il miglior sushi della Campania. Un luogo dove poter passare un ottima serata in compagnia di Stefano e il suo team impeccabili nel servizio e nella cucina.
