La Pasticceria Calemma , situata nei Quartieri Spagnoli a Napoli, è stata la scoperta di questa mia vacanza in questa stupenda città . Locale che fa dei dettagli il suo marchio di fabbrica , ogni oggetto è stato accuratamente scelto con un gusto impeccabile. La pasticceria è pulitissima ad ogni suo angolo e il servizio offerto dai dipendenti e dai proprietari, rendono Calemma un ambiente familiare e confortevole . I dolci mi hanno lasciato senza parole , ho provato tutto durante la mia permanenza , l’aragosta, la riccia, bignè e la loro frolla, sono stati una vera esplosione di gusto e sapori che solo grazie all’utilizzo di una materia prima molto alta e alla sapienza del proprietario che ha reso tutto questo possibile . Una scoperta eccezionale è stata il loro spritz rivisitato con il limoncello, assolutamente eccezionale . In poche parole , la pasticceria Calemma è assolutamente un punto di riferimento per poter gustare la vera pasticceria napoletana . Grazie per questa vera esperienza dolciaria . A molto presto
