L’ambiente non era male, molto moderno. Il servizio è quasi nullo essendo self service ma va bene così; nota di demerito per le porzioni che reputo leggermente piccole (mangio relativamente poco, quindi…). Il tataki sembrava inzuppato nel sale, era più salato della salsa di soia quindi non aveva molto senso metterla come “complemento” al piatto (come succede di solito). I nuggets di pesce erano molto buoni, non sembravano oleosi o fritti male, nota di merito per la maionese fatta da loro che è secondo me eccellente. Il panino con il gamberetto non era male. Lato “digestione” (sono molto sensibile su ciò) nessuna anomalia da segnalare al contrario di quanto ho letto da recensioni di anni fa.
