Su consiglio dei proprietari di “pizza fritta da Gennaro”, siamo venuti in questo locale per assaggiare le loro frittatine: siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi! Le frittatine vengono conservate nella vetrinetta del bancone e vengono fritte al momento prima di servirle. Ci hanno spiegato che loro prediligono una doppia cottura: prima vengono fritte e poi passate nel fornetto per garantire la consistenza perfetta sia dentro che fuori. Torneremo sicuramente per provare i loro panini che sembrano squisiti!
