La nostra cena da Joca è stata un vero viaggio di emozioni e sapori. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di provare sia le tapas che il menù degustazione, un percorso gastronomico delizioso e perfettamente bilanciato. Ogni piatto raccontava una storia, con ingredienti selezionati e accostamenti sorprendenti. L'atmosfera del locale è accogliente e il servizio impeccabile. Oltre alla cucina, anche la location ci ha conquistati. Il locale è originale e curato nei minimi dettagli, finalmente qualcosa di diverso in un panorama ormai saturo delle solite sedie in velluto! Qui c'è un'anima, un'identità precisa che si percepisce in ogni angolo. Lo staff e lo chef, oltre a essere estremamente professionali, si sono dimostrati di una cordialità assoluta, a fine cena abbiamo avuto il piacere di scambiare una bella chiacchierata con loro, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più autentica e piacevole. Se siete a Napoli e cercate un ristorante dove vivere una cena speciale, Joca è una tappa obbligatoria.

Un restaurante a la altura de estrella Michelin. Menú de 5 pases, imaginativo y sorprendente. Destacan los entrantes de encurtidos, la gambas roja con melocotón macerado o el helado de yogurt con arándanos y alcaparras. Local situado en zona de restauración pero ubicado en una calle tranquila. Decoración muy moderna, funcional y cuidada. Servicio excelente, destacando la experiencia y amabilidad del sommelier. Atención personalizada del chef, que ha estado en Alquimia Barcelona. Precio para tres personas, con botella de vino orange natural 331€.

Eine kulinarische Offenbarung bei Joca in Chiaia Schon beim Ankommen spürt man: Hier wird Service großgeschrieben. Der Kellner bemerkte ganz diskret, dass ich mich bekleckert hatte – ohne ein Wort legte er mir einen Fleckenentferner hin. So aufmerksam und herzlich wurde ich selten bedient. Meine schwangere Frau bekam ein individuelles Menü ganz auf ihre Bedürfnisse abgestimmt – mit liebevollen Details und perfektem Timing. Ich hatte die Weinbegleitung, und was soll ich sagen: Jede Kombination war ein Volltreffer. Eine Entdeckungsreise durch perfekt abgestimmte Aromen, die das Essen ideal ergänzt haben. Und das Essen? Eine Klasse für sich. Die Ravioli mit Ricotta vom Schaf waren ein Gedicht – ich denke jetzt noch daran. Jedes Gericht war nicht nur geschmacklich top, sondern auch kunstvoll präsentiert. Das Ganze eingebettet in ein stimmiges, durchdachtes Designkonzept. Joca ist nicht einfach ein Restaurant – es ist ein Erlebnis. Ein Ort, an den man zurückkehren möchte.
