Mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso. La piazza rossa fina fina era gommosa e mi ha deluso. La riproverò perché le altre cose comprate erano ottime. Ho privato il pane a lievitazione naturale e mi è piaciuto anche se deve piacere anche il sapore un pò acidulo dell'impasto.
