Un vero gioiellino per gli amanti della pizza in teglia! Da Crunchy Corner Notarì ho trovato tutto quello che si può desiderare: una croccantezza irresistibile, un impasto leggero e digeribile e, non da ultimo, prezzi onestissimi. La pizza viene venduta sia al taglio che a teglia intera, il che la rende perfetta per ogni occasione: dallo spuntino veloce alla cena da condividere. Ogni morso è una soddisfazione, con un equilibrio perfetto tra crosta croccante e interno morbido. L’impasto è davvero eccezionale, si sente che c’è studio, passione e lunga lievitazione dietro. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff: qualità alta, servizio cordiale e un locale dove si respira amore per la pizza fatta bene. Tornerò sicuramente, e lo consiglio a chiunque cerchi una pizza in teglia gustosa, leggera e con la giusta “crunchyness”!
