Mi sono ritrovato a dover lavorare al pc nel bel mezzo di un pranzo di famiglia. Non solo il cameriere a cui ho chiesto mi ha trovato al volo una sistemazione comoda, ma ha fatto il possibile per farmi sentire a mio agio, offrendosi anche di portarmi dolce e caffè alla postazione di lavoro improvvisata. Il cibo era ottimo e l'ambiente pulito e curato, ma un servizio del genere è quello che resta a lungo nei ricordi.
