Il caffè era buono, ma le tazze erano sporche e non erano state lavate bene dopo il cliente precedente. Quando ho chiesto al personale di cambiarmi il caffè, lo hanno fatto con grande cortesia e senza fare domande inutili, per questo li ho ringraziati. Tuttavia, penso che le tazze dovrebbero essere lavate in una macchina apposita e non semplicemente sciacquate con l’acqua calda della macchina del caffè, perché così non risultano veramente pulite.
