Ci sono posti che incontri per caso e che finiscono per diventare un punto fermo nel cuore. È quello che mi è successo con Plan B, in una serata che sembrava destinata a scorrere noiosa. Il primo giorno ci sono entrato quasi senza pensarci, giusto per chiudere la serata. Non avevo grandi aspettative, giusto il drink per chiudere la serata, e invece ho trovato Luca, il barista, che con semplicità e umanità mi ha emozionato: mi ha colpito per un particolare, senza esitare ha offerto del cibo a un artista di strada in evidente difficoltà. Un gesto che mi ha colpito profondamente, soprattutto perché tornavo a Napoli dopo anni e mi ero dimenticato dell'anima napoletana. È in quel momento che ho deciso: Plan B sarebbe stato il mio locale del cuore. Il giorno dopo ci sono tornato, e la conferma non si è fatta attendere. Questa volta ho conosciuto Miriam, una barista di una simpatia travolgente e di grande professionalità. Non solo mi ha consigliato cocktail di livello, ma è stata capace di crearne di nuovi, cuciti su misura sui miei gusti. Che dire? Plan B non è solo un locale, ma un luogo che racchiude l’anima vera di Napoli: bravura, umanità e calore. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci. Per me ormai è ufficiale: Plan B è il mio posto del cuore a Napoli. 💙
