Pedí una orden a esta sucursal, nunca me avisaron si estaba, nunca llegó y después de 2 horas de espera solo porque marqué al centro de atención a cliente me enteré que no iba a llegar la orden nunca y el restaurante cerró. Tuve que comunicarme a corporativo para la devolución de dinero y me colgaron, me parece una falta de respeto y de profesionalidad, no es posible que centralicen las cosas si no lo saben manejar. Última vez en la vida que ordeno Sushi Itto, toda persona que vea mi reseña de verdad le aconsejo que o use Uber Eats o pida de cualquier otro restaurante que simplemente con un mínimo tendrá una mejor experiencia que en esta porquería de restaurante.
