Conocí Sunday Coffee House gracias al pasaporte del café y me animé a visitarlo un domingo tranquilo, sin gente, lo que hizo la experiencia más relajada. Quería pedir un latte, pero sólo tenían leche vegetal Silk, que no es de mis favoritas, así que opté por un café filtrado. El barista me comentó que era un Geisha natural de Oaxaca, de Lucio Jiménez del tostador Chago. Tenía un aroma frutal increíble y un sabor ácido pero muy bien equilibrado, una verdadera delicia para los amantes del café de especialidad. Es un lugar ideal para quienes buscan una experiencia de café tranquila y cuidada.
