El servicio bien, solo que no había leche de coco el concepto de Starbucks es que te den tu bebida como te gusta y esta vez eso no paso por la falta de un insumo. ¿Cómo puede mejorar esto? The service was good, except that there was no coconut milk. The Starbucks concept is that they give you your drink the way you like it and this time that didn't happen due to the lack of an input. How can you improve this?

La cajera no supo cancelar un café. A la entrega nos dieron una bebida de más que nos cobraron sin haberla pedido y los que entregan no podían o no sabían leer el ticket qué por cierto tiene las letras MAS MINUSCULAS que haya visto. El cappuccino con leche de coco no sabia ni a uno ni al otro. El pan con queso y poblano estaba CRUDO! Demasiado CARO para la escasa calidad... Two thumbs down. Si copian el BAR ITALIANO copienlo bien!!! :/
