PÉSIMA ACTITUD DEL PERSONAL. He ido a muuuchos Starbucks en diferentes zonas de la CDMX y en ninguno me han tratado tan mal como aquí. No solo la atención es mala de que se tardan mil en atenderte porque solo hay 1 persona en caja y los otros 5 siempre en el drive thru, la actitud de las y los trabajadores es pésima (no todos, solo el gerente es amable y con buena actitud) y aunque todos podemos tener un mal día cada día que llego a ir es la misma mala experiencia ~y voy porque trabajo cerca de ahí aunque prefiero levantarme más temprano e ir al de Carracci o al de plateros. No solo preparan mal los alimentos y las bebidas, se tardan mucho y te dan las cosas frías o exageran con el hielo, le codean con los jarabes o se les olvida ponérselos. Cuando les pides sugerencias te ponen cara de fuchi, se hacen bolas con las cuentas, NUNCA te quieren descontar los $8 por llevar tu vaso y podría seguir… solo espero que de verdad hagan algo por mejorar la actitud los empleados. Enfrente hay un hospital y la gente que lleva mucho tiempo por sus familiares enfermos ahí espera algo de empatía no que los regañen por no saber cómo pedir un café. Hasta se nota que ellos mismos no les gusta trabajar en esa sucursal.
