Sí pudiera ponerle cero lo haría 😡 Pésimo servicio, llevo muchísimo tiempo comprando helados Santa Clara, hoy mi peor experiencia. Me estaba atendiendo una chica, ya me había puesto la bola de helado en el cono y se acerca un tipo de lentes a decirle que le quitará helado al cono porque como era de Crema hirlandesa eso pesaba más, quito a la chica y me cambio el cono poniendome una miseria de helado y todo mal puesto, nisiquiera pudo comprimir bien la bola de helado 🙄 en primera nunca me habían pesado un helado en santa clara, de echo sus precios no se especifican por gramajes, en segunda yo nisiquiera pude ver cuánto peso mi helado y cuando le dije que no estaba de acuerdo en sus formas se porto muy despota. La verdad que mal que tengan ese tipo de personal pues dejan mucho que decir de la empresa, al menos yo, por este tipo, NO VUELVO JAMÁS!!!
