No toman enserio las alergias o intolerancias del cliente, le mencioné al mesero que soy intolerante a la lactosa y pedí de favor que si podia cambiarme la guarnición que tenía crema y queso por arroz, me dijo q no había ningún problema, sin embargo cuando me trajo el platillo, no me hicieron el cambio de guarnición. Amablemente le señale y el mesero se llevó el plato y se disculpo, cuando me lo trajeron de vuelta me percaté que solo quitaron la guarnición sin cambiar el plato y dejaron los residuos del queso y la crema y pusieron el arroz encima. Deben tener cuidado con este tipo de situaciones por que es contaminación de los alimentos, lo mío es una intolerancia pero hay gente que tiene alergias y puede ser un peligro.
