Pésimo servicio, es increíble que entres a la sucursal y tengas que pedir que te entiendan estando 4 personas en la barra y ninguno te saludé o se acerquen a ti para tomarte tu orden, mi café estaba hirviendo el café quemado. Que tristeza ver en lo que cielito se ha convertido ya no existe el servicio legendario, ni sentido de pertenencia y mucho menos el sentido de urgencia.

Tenía altas expectativas, pedí la bebida "Balandra" y estaba excesivamente dulce, incluso el azúcar no se había disuelto bien. El ambiente y el lugar son lindos, pero la preparación de las bebidas y el sabor deja mucho que desear.

Lo empleados son muy grosero y déspotas, hoy fui por café no tenían gente podía atenderme bien y la verdad no ni siquiera me dio lo que pedí, que lastima ya que me gusta apoyar lo hecho en México
