Hasta hace un año atrás el servicio era excelente, pero, ahora, las empleadas actuales como que a veces atienden de mala gana. En parte no las juzgo del todo, se sabe que en La Esperanza suelen explotar mucho a los trabajadores y están cansados, pero, una de las consecuencias, es que también esto afecta la experiencia al cliente. En fin, por lo demás, sus productos no han bajado de calidad.
