Buen café, bien preparado y con intención. El espacio es cómodo, con buena luz y sin distracciones innecesarias. La atención es amable y respetuosa, sin forzar cercanía. Los métodos están bien ejecutados y las bebidas mantienen coherencia. Es un lugar al que se puede ir a trabajar, conversar o simplemente tomarse un respiro. Tiene identidad, sin necesidad de explicar demasiado. Da gusto ver espacios así: que no se disfrazan, solo hacen bien las cosas.
