They seem to have SOME knowledge on gluten and how to adapt plates, however that heavily depends on each waiter. Plus, one thing that was very unnecessary the las time we went, is that the waiter insisted on 15% propina, but when we decided on 10%, he stopped talking, didn’t addressed a word to the table and left us (ignoring our “thank you”). We were very polite the entire time, it felt very very unnecessary.
