La calidad ha bajado con respecto a sus inicios. Ya son varias ocasiones en las que me ha tocado pan duro, con cortés dudosos y el bolillo con mala textura. No sé si sea que le dan preferencia a los revendedores, pero en ocasiones no te dejan tomar del pan se ve recién sacado del horno y te piden que tomes del rezagado. El trato del personal ya no es tan amable como cuando empezó a funcionar la panadería, creo que es fundamental un buen trato al cliente siempre.
