Pasamos por la calle donde se encuentra cucurucho y se nos antojo un latte, preguntamos si habia descafeinado y nos contestaron un poco groseros que “ellos no servían descafeinados” sentimos que el tono de la respuesta no fue la adecuada pues preguntamos amablemente 😅solo porque ya era tarde y pues no queriamos tomar tanta cafeina, igual decidimos comprar pero nos llevamos un mal sabor de boca. Sinceramente entre tanta competencia que hay al rededor considero que el como tratas a los clientes es lo que diferencia de escoger otro establecimiento. 😅
