Fui hace casi 2 meses y me había olvidado de colocar mi reseña 😅 La verdad es que me topé con este lugar por casualidad y me encantó, la comida estuvo muy rica, la atención fue súper buena, fueron muy atentos en todo momento y el lugar estaba muy limpio. Pedí el menú del día y lo disfruté mucho, recomiendo mucho comer ahí cuando tengan la oportunidad :)

Segunda vez en la Ciabatteria con la intención de comer una buena ensalada para la “dieta”; sin embargo mi corazón entró en conflicto cuando en el menú había “BIRRIA SE RES”. 🙈🥺Choque de trenes!!!!! Decisión salomónic… ambos platillos. La birria con carne de regular calidad pero el caldo, la base, a la altura del michoacanisimo (una de las mejores birrias de chivo en la CDMX), consistente, bien condimentado, ligeramente picoso, perfecto. Por su parte la ensalada super bien hecha, generosa y con aderezo al gusto. La verdad es un restaurante modesto de comida corrida que supera en mucho el precio que pagas por la calidad de los alimentos y el servicio. Muchas gracias.
