Dos comentarios que pueden mejorar: (i) El queso manchego no hace mérito para el lugar, y (ii) las costillitas de cordero están estupendas, pero el acompañamiento de espinacas no combina, sería mejor con una simple jalea de menta, lo haría una maravilla. Horacio de primera. ¡Gracias!
