Anvil Café de Especialidad is one of those rare hidden gems you almost don’t want to tell people about—because it’s that good. Tucked away in Condesa, this small café punches way above its weight when it comes to quality. The coffee? Absolutely exceptional. Every cup I’ve had is brewed to perfection, served at the ideal temperature (which is surprisingly rare!), and you can taste the care and knowledge behind it. The baristas here are clearly passionate and experienced—they don’t just make coffee, they craft it. While they offer food, I’ve only had their coffee—and honestly, it’s easily one of the top coffee experiences I’ve had in all of Mexico City. This place isn’t just good—it’s a full step ahead of so many other cafés in the area. Anvil is now a part of my morning ritual whenever I’m in town. Don’t miss it.

Los métodos de filtrado sin duda son la opción, pero también el americano tiene buena preparación pues lo hacen filtrado y no en máquina. También su pan dulce está rico.
