Y no cualquier pulque… el de la Pulquería de Carmelita, un lugar donde la bebida de los dioses no solo se sirve, se honra. Doña Carmelita, una mujer que dedicó su vida a mantener viva esta tradición, dejó algo más que una pulquería: dejó un legado. Cada vaso servido, cada sonrisa compartida, lleva un poco de su cariño, su esfuerzo y su historia. Hoy, sus clientes la recuerdan con respeto y gratitud, por resistir el paso del tiempo y mantener encendida la llama de lo auténtico. El pulque, bebida ancestral fermentada del maguey, es mucho más que una delicia espesa y refrescante. Es fuente de probióticos, nutrientes, cultura e identidad. Aquí no se viene solo a beber, se viene a sentir el México profundo, el de antes, el que no se olvida. Y yo, con el orgullo en el pecho y el gusto en el paladar, agradezco haber llegado a esta joya del pasado. Salud por Carmelita. Salud por el pulque. Salud por nuestras raíces.
