The cocktails here were incredible and very thoughtfully made. They did a great job bringing out the unique flavors of each mezcal while not overpowering like many American places do while using mezcal. Arturo was fantastic and super super friendly. He taught us a lot about mezcal during our visit!

This place has some of the most unique and elaborate cocktails I’ve ever seen or tasted. Each one is special, and whatever we tried was fantastic. ‘El Gallo’ is easily the best cocktail I’ve had. It was sweet, sour, spicy, boozy - all of it. The coriander/chilli foam was stunning and delicious. Hidden inside the hotel, this small bar can be easily missed, but is definitely worth a visit. Also - the menu is gorgeous and I’m hoping to take it home and frame it!
