Empieza a ser una sucursal que para todo hay un problema , si uno quiere pagar con efectivo una promoción de boletos salen con que es con puntos , pero tres días después no se debe de pagar con puntos es con efectivo , si uno quiere un helado y quieres pagar con puntos no se puede es con efectivo y así en cafetería y todos los " encargados " tienen una capacitación diferente de como resolver una situación.
