La atencion del staff es buena y amable. Los productos de la dulceria tienen buen sabor pero las instalaciones en general no se ven muy limpias y el sonido de las películas es malo. Las últimas dos ocasiones el sonido ha sido mejor durante los cortos y pasa algo al comenzar la película que no lo regulan y no usan las bocinas laterales por lo que la experiencia no es la esperada y no parece que quien proyecta este al pendiente de eso.
